In order of most important, here it goes.
1. You would need food and drink. that's an obvious one! Without food or drink you would starve or dehydrate, both resulting in death.
2. You would need shelter. Without shelter, it would tend to get really cold in winter, hot in summer and damp when it rains (which is mostly in summer for us, unfortunately).
3. You would need company. if you have heard of robinson crosoe, a fictitious book about a man stranded at sea, you will get the picture about how lonely it must be to be alone on an island.
