Have you been given a vivo slip for your Gold Attendance Award?
A number of students have reported that they cannot redeem their vivo slips and that they are getting an error message saying that the voucher has already been redeemed or cancelled.
Unfortunately, the incorrect slips were given out to students. If you are having the same problem, please bring your vivo slip to the Systems Support Office (next to front reception) and I will credit your vivo account for you.
