On Thursday 12 November we held our Annual Passion for Excellence Awards Evening for Key Stage 4. The evening was attended by our current Year 11s and their parents and also our leavers from last year.
The evening was a great success, in fact it was our best ever attended! Awards were presented for all of the different subjects we offer in college as well as awards for excellent exam results and outstanding assessments.
Mrs Sutcliffe did a fantastic job in hosting the evening. Mrs Cryer was also there and made an inspirational speech to kick off the proceedings.
Our Head Boy and Head Girl, Nathan Lawless and Nicole Stephenson, gave a fantastic speech at the end of the evening, when they presented awards to last year's Head Boy and Girl.
The evening then ended with a buffet provided by Burnley Football Club.
