Welcome Back to Unity!
There have been a few changes made to improve Unity whilst you have all be enjoying your summer holidays.
ICT3 - This room now has walls! This will provide a much nicer (and quieter) room for ICT lessons. The door to this room is located along the new corridor leading to ICT1 and ICT2. If you have any lessons in ICT3 please line up quietly along the wall next to this door (opposite the SLT offices). NB: You can now only access ICT2 through the door in the ICT corridor.
Vending Machines - There are now vending machines in the main canteen area at the bottom of the staircases. These vending machines are not to be used during lesson times or lesson changeovers.
Student Planners - All students will be issued with student planners to help improve communication between home and college as well as being a useful tool for you to use. These will be given out in PD Time. Student planners are essential and must be brought to college every day. These should be signed by your parents each week - and your PD tutor will sign them too. Any notes of absence must be written in your planner from now on (not handed in on separate notes). Lost planners must be paid for - please see your House Leader. Your PD Tutor will tell you more about the planners and how they are to be used.
Additional Benching - We have put in extra benches at your request. Please respect this additional seating and keep these areas free from rubbish. Food or drink should only be consumed in the dining areas of college.
