This weeks parkrun saw former student Daniel Collinge retire with injury and Jordan McDonald resting for a race at 11am. Leading the Unity College finishers was Sam Mansfield in 46th place with a time of 23.02 minutes. Sam was closely followed by year 7 cross country captain Jay Bowman in 56th place with a time of 23.30 minutes.
Mr. Williams finished in 70th place in a time of 24.06 minutes with Aaron Lundie closing in on a new personal best time.
Next week Mr. Williams will be volunteering and helping out with the organisation of the run. Anyone wishing to help out at the event should see Mr. Williams. Any volunteering dates should be recorded and can be added to your curriculum vitae (CV).
