Year 11 Triple Scientists Visit to Jodrell Bank
Our Year 11 Triple Science students recently visited Jodrell Bank. During the visit they got up close to the world famous Lovell telescope and walked along the pathway close to its base. They also learnt about the planets and our Universe in the Planet Pavilion exhibition and found answers to astronomical wonders such as the Big Bang, Black Holes and the life and death of stars. Students also had a talk about the work of the engineers and scientists at Jodrell Bank and The University of Manchester.
